Ethan has been doing my nails for over a year. He always does an amazing job. I always schedule my appointments 3 weeks out and never have any issues. I try to be respectful of his schedule so when I need to make an adjustment it is never an issue. Highly recommend!!
I don’t tell false statements it is what it is I no what I was told regarding price wise I can tell time very well my appointment was at 3:00 and I didn’t get out the shop until 6pm but it’s OK because I’m not never returning back I’ve already mention that to you directly ma’am at the cashier when I was cashing out with you that yall lost a good customer you no that because you heard me tell you that mamm that i was not coming back also you mentioned if I knew how to tell time of course I can tell time can you tell time ⏰ because if y’all knew how to stick with the time that y’all give customers when making there appointments and if you knew how to stay on time at the time that my appointment was I wouldnt be leaving this review🙏 so it’s not my fault mamm thats on your business so there is no false statement ever coming from me I only leave reviews when I have bad experience and unfortunately i had a bad experience with this business after me being charged for a color that I didn’t like and I wasn’t told that I will be charged for an extra color if I had taken it off the gel had thick streaks in it and ms Kayla even said it her self that the gel had streaks in it so no that’s not business and business is business I was told $65 for my nails and $20 for my gel plus my 2 Acrylic big toes that was $5 dollars a peice doesn’t matter what price list was up tell the truth and not false statements and my nails were not long long They were average medium length I have attached my picture at the bottom for proof of my honesty🩷I don’t appreciate your false statement ma’am at checkout it came up to be $139 dollars I’m a business person as well my self you should no that it is very important to be open with all customers and not give your customers information at the last minute when they don’t know at the end that’s not business maam and I don’t like y’all business Yes Kayla did my nails but a few was crooked fat and a few were wide and I had to keep saying I like them skinny narrow and also for my proof I have attached a picture of my nails at the very top with my zebra background in the first picture and I also attached the second picture that I took from my Pinterest account on the long skinny nails on how I wanted my nails shaped skinny and narrow and my nails look nothing like the long skinny narrow second picture Sorry if you got offended because of this review but it is what it is mamm and just no I will never return back after the experience that I had regarding with my bill Also I see that there is other negative reviews on here as well from other customers being over charge with there money and with having mess up nails done incorrectly and also saying they will never return back to this nail salon you can’t blame them so it’s not my fault it’s on yall treat your customers right and you will get right reviews Have a great day🩷
Love this place!! I've tried other nail salons and always go back here. Ask for Cindy Hannah Kayla. They are the best IMO. There is another young girl who I've seen does great work but I've never sat with her yet. But if next to a client they look nice. Ethan is also great he's started a couple things for me when I was squeezed in (on my end not theirs). He also does good nails. I have worked many jobs and my nails always hold up well. The designs are good and they listen to what you want!
